Variations on a Broadway Costume

When baritone Robert Goulet
Performed with his thighs on display,
The patrons would beg
For more Lancelot leg,
And return for the shows matinée.

Though Camelot wasn’t risqué,
When baritone Robert Goulet
Showed Lancelot’s thighs
There were audible sighs
From the crowd at the show’s matinée.

When baritone Robert Goulet
Appeared at the shows matinée
His medieval tights,
Were one of the sights,
Putting lust in the lusty month May.
