Peter Schat (5 June 1935 – 3 February 2003) was a an important member of the Dutch musical avant-garde.

I think you’ll agree 

    That Peter Schat

     Is not

A household name.

And take it from me,

     His being Dutch

     Was such

An obstacle to fame,

That adding that he

     Was avant-garde

     And hard,

Concludes the game.
