Champagne Question

Was the Lawrence Welk bubble machine

Every week on your grandmother’s screen

A sign so she’d know

That the upcoming show

Was hygienically wholesome and clean?

Both Sides Now

In addition to his vocal performing career, in 1994, McFerrin was appointed as creative chair of the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra. In McFerrin's concert appearances, he combines serious conducting of classical pieces with his own unique vocal improvisations, often with participation from the audience and the orchestra.  -- adapted from Wikipedia

McFerrin has the knack

Of never losing track

While switching forth and back

Between his two careers.

Nothing interferes

When he switches gears.
