Weiss Guy

He became one of the most celebrated bass singers of the 19th century, and sang in the premieres of many English works. -- Wikipedia

He is no longer famous,

  This Willoughby Weiss,

But I think that his name is

  Exceedingly nice.

But Willoughby was

In his time and his place,

Successful because

  Of his resonant bass.

And that, my dear friend,

Is as much as I’ll trouble you,

I’ve come to the end

  About W.W.
