principally of songs.
Scrolling Through Duparc One Day
Lift your head, and listen! Hark!
Sing praises to Henri Duparc!
Or raise your voices, mes amis,
To fête the birthday of Henri!
Does all this raucous noise seem wrong
In honor of his subtle song?
Does festive racket of this kind
Seem vulgar, gauche, and unrefined?
If that's the case, I've no objection
If you salute with introspection.
