Brian Epstein ( 19 September 1934 – 27 August 1967) was a British music entrepreneur who managed the Beatles from 1962 until his death in 1967.

Epstein encouraged them to wear suits and ties, insisted that they stop swearing, smoking, drinking, or eating on stage, and also suggested the famous synchronised bow at the end of their performances. -- Wikipedia

The Beatles when the group performed,

The lads were glad for their decision

To follow Brian Epstein’s vision.
