Édith Piaf (19 December 1915 – 10 October 1963) was a French singer-songwriter, cabaret performer and film actor.

I’ve read that they’re going to try
To assemble her voice with AI,
And that Piaf’s estate
Says it’s gonna be great,
But I couldn’t help wondering why.

Will the audience shudder or cry?
Should we plead with the director
To abandon her specter,
And just let her poor spirit lie?
