+++++++++++++++++++++++

The Usher Speaks

“Excuse me a moment, but Sir,

Your dancing is causing a stir;

We don’t allow bobbin’

To works of Scriabin,

And no ruckus, not even a purr."

Eternal Questions

The Great Soviet Encyclopedia said of him, "no composer has had more scorn heaped on him or greater love bestowed."   --- Wikipedia

Is Scriabin upset and forlorn

As the subject of insults and scorn?

Or does he look down from Above,

Secure in the knowledge that love

For his works, in the end,

Would become an unstoppable trend?
