Lessons Learned
There, she spent many years in piano, dance and dramatic performance lessons, and underwent months of voice lessons. — Wikipedia
With dancing, acting, and piano,
Her time, for years, was ”spent,” —-
But months of singing lessons
Was time she “underwent.”
Could months of vocal study
Reduce the girl in tears,
While her other lessons
Went blithely on for years?
Was her education
Plagued by this disparity?
Or is this Wikipedia
Displaying lack of clarity?
Conclusion
Regardless, vocal coaches
Know that, with a choice,
Many singers should eschew
To “undergo” the voice.
