December 13 - Taylor Swift (The Musical Birthday Series, 2nd Annual Cycle)

Taylor Swift (b. 13 December 1989) is an American singer-songwriter.

Quoth the Raven, "Evermore"

“I was dancing when the music stopped/And in the disbelief/I can’t face reinvention/I haven’t met the new me yet,” - Taylor Swift, “Happiness” from Evermore

“...but the songs of Evermore are a welcomed step in a more mature direction, the result of months and months of her getting lost in the woods and questioning her way forward.” Claire Shaffer, Rolling Stone

Taylor Swift, to much surprise,

  Released new songs from quarantine;

Still singing songs about her guys,

  But older now and more serene.

But will her introspective shift,

  As she’s reflectively maturing,

Continue with Ms. Taylor Swift

  When once again she’s back to touring?

Though selling on the internet,

  We never yet have heard or seen a

Quiet and acoustic set

  Excite a sold out sports arena.
