Böhm to Bach to Trier

Practically no direct evidence exists to prove that Bach studied under Böhm, yet this apprenticeship is extremely likely. – Wikipedia

According to Löffler (1953), Johann Trier was most likely Bach's pupil. – www.bach-cantatas.com

And we learn what we can, then we teach,

As we strive to maintain

A continuous chain

While passing the torch each to each.
