Mick Jagger (b. 26 July 1943) is the front man for the Rolling Stones.
Four Score
Put away affairs more weighty!
Today Mick Jagger has turned eighty!
Though his peers are mostly dead,
Jagger’s on the stage instead.
If sex and drugs and rock-and-rock,
Or simply age exacts a toll,
Jagger, by his strut belies it,
(And his publicist denies it).
And next year when he’s eighty-one,
The bet is safe, — he won’t be done.
Make a noise with festive tones
For Jagger and the Rolling Stones!
