Rudolf Hindemith, since 1951 officially Paul Quest, pseudonym Hans Lofer (9 January 1900 – 7 October 1974) was a German cellist, composer and conductor.

Rudolf Hindemith knew he was obscured

By his famous older brother Paul,

But only this relationship ensured

That Rudolf had post mortem fame at all.
